As a Sales Office Apprentice, you’ll support our sales team with customer service, order processing, and general office tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, develop key business skills, and grow within a well-established company.
Wage £15,704 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age National Minimum Wage rate for apprentices.
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

Training:
Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.

- Skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation

- Able to update and review databases, record information and produce data analysis where required
- Produces accurate records and documents including emails, letters, files, payments, reports and proposals

Your training plan:
You will not be required to attend Dudley College, all training for this apprenticeship will take place in the workplace. You will be assigned an assessor who will visit you in the workplace every 8 weeks to support you with your apprenticeship. Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship you will receive a Business Administration Level 3 qualification.
