Dudley Zoo & Castle are looking to recruit Customer Services Team Members to work as part of our busy admissions and retail team. Previous customer service and cash handling experience is essential.

Duties will be varied, to include:

  • All aspects of a busy retail and admissions department
  • Operation of the chair lift
  • Assistance with car park management
  • Face painting

Relevant training will be given where required. Hours of work will be on a rota basis to meet the demands of the business and will require working at weekends, weekdays and bank holidays as required.
