About Queens Cross Network
Queens Cross is a vibrant Community Disability hub, co-produced with people who have lived experience of Disability and who are living independently in their own homes throughout the borough. People are what makes Queens Cross great, and therefore, they are at the "front and centre" of everything that happens at our hub, working in partnership with us to continually improve the service.

Support Worker 30 Hours per week Grade 4
Responsibilities
The role of Support Worker at Queens Cross is very much an enabling role. To provide discreet and person-led support to people with physical/sensory and learning disabilities or other long term health conditions in the building-based service. Meeting all aspects of the physical, social and emotional care of people who use and help to co-produce the service. To support the development and implementation of individualised support programmes, in a highly person centred way.
