An exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Planning Officer within the Planning Development Management Team at Dudley MBC, helping shape the future of Dudley.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide and varied caseload of major and minor applications, pre‑apps and appeals, while providing mentoring and support to the planning team.
Qualifications:
- RTPI accredited professional or sufficient post‑qualification experience to be eligible for RTPI membership;
- Experience working within a planning development management environment;
- Full UK driving licence.
Hours, Contract and Location:
- Hours: 37 per week.
- Contract: Full Time Permanent.
- Location: Hybrid working – from home and when required at the borough offices.
Attendance:
- Work in the office 3+ days a week (pro‑rata) or onsite full time.
Benefits:
