Are you passionate about supporting children to thrive socially, emotionally, and academically? We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Lead to join our friendly and nurturing primary school. In this key role, you will:
Responsibilities
- Lead on whole‑school behaviour strategies and promote a positive behaviour culture.
- Support pupils with behavioural, social, and emotional needs.
- Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure consistent, effective support.
- Provide guidance and modelling for staff to promote positive behaviour management.
- Develop tailored interventions to remove barriers to learning.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Has experience supporting behaviour in an educational setting.
- Is calm, resilient, and solution‑focused.
- Builds strong relationships with pupils and families.
- Can lead, inspire, and model best practice for colleagues.
- Will be subject to medical clearance and an enhanced DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
- Must be able to provide documentation to prove right to work in the UK.
Salary & Working Hours
£27,466.58 – £30,535.14 per annum (term time only, 39 weeks). First‑year salary will reflect the number of working days remaining in the holiday year.
