We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Team Manager to lead our Children's disabilities team, driving high-quality social care services that safeguard and support children with disabilities, young people and their families. You will provide strong leadership, oversee complex decision-making, champion integrated working across SEND, health and education, and ensure excellent practice through effective supervision, performance oversight and restorative, child-friendly approaches. This is a key role shaping service development, managing resources, promoting independence pathways into adulthood, and ensuring that the voices of children and families inform everything we do.
