Dudley Council is seeking a Contract, Mechanical & Electrical Repairs and Maintenance Administrator to provide administrative support for building maintenance contracts, emergency repairs, compliance management, contractor performance monitoring and planned maintenance programmes.
Working closely with our Building Services team, you will help deliver an efficient, cost-effective repairs service and ensure council assets remain safe, compliant and well maintained.
