Dudley Council is seeking an exceptional, forward thinking Associate Director for Strategic Commissioning, Partnerships, Improvement and Innovation to drive whole system transformation across Adult Social Care.
In this high impact strategic role, you will lead innovation, commissioning excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring services are sustainable, person centred and rooted in prevention. You’ll work across the Council, NHS, voluntary sector and provider market, bringing strong strategic oversight to commissioning, quality, performance, financial governance and service development.
We’re looking for an inspirational leader with deep commissioning expertise, strong regulatory and NHS policy knowledge, a proven record of large-scale transformation and the vision, integrity and resilience to deliver high quality, outcomes focused services.
