Position Overview
We are looking for a Data Administrative Assistant to join our busy and vibrant team of Support Staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Support various areas of school administration with a strong focus on managing the ParentPay system to support the collection of monies for trips and school dinners.
- Monitor income and provide reports to responsible staff.
- Create and issue letters to parents/carers and contact parents/carers regarding payments.
- Work alongside our Data Manager to build and maintain databases, support the transition process of students joining us from Primary School and coordinate the annual review of pupil data to ensure records held are up‑to‑date.
- Work under the direct supervision of the Data Manager while also undertaking other general administration tasks to assist other areas of the school when required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience of administrative/clerical work.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Confident use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children; subject to medical clearance and an enhanced DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
- Must be able to provide documentation to prove right to work in the UK.

Salary: £8,226.04 – £8,412.09 per annum (term time only, 39 weeks). First year salary will reflect the number of working days remaining in the holiday year.
