An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Family Hubs, Early Help team as a Senior Practice Supervisor. This is a key leadership role responsible for co-ordinating and overseeing the delivery of high-quality support to children and families within one of our Family Hubs.
As Senior Practice Supervisor, You Will
- Work alongside the Family Hub Manager to co-ordinate day-to-day operations.
- Deliver effective early help through integrated working and strong partnerships, aligned with the Dudley Early Help Strategy.
- Lead a team of Family Support Workers, providing supervision, guidance, and support planning.
- Manage risk and ensure timely, appropriate support in line with the continuum of need.
- Organise and deliver programmes, workshops, and community-based activities.
- Foster collaborative working with professionals, agencies, and community organisations.
- Monitor and evaluate service effectiveness, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Build meaningful relationships with families and promote community engagement.
- Uphold safeguarding principles and help improve outcomes for children and young people.
