- A passion for inclusive teaching and positive outcomes for young people with SEND.
- Qualifications and/or experience in teaching in discrete or specialist provision.
- Qualifications and/or experience in entry level creative or digital subjects.
- Ideally have a teaching qualification, e.g. PTTLS.
- Experience of teaching and supporting young people.
- A calm and empathic approach to students, with experience of using adaptive teaching methods.
- The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders such as professionals, parents, and support services.
