The Dudley Building Society is seeking an experienced Head of Compliance and Operational Risk to lead our regulatory compliance, operational risk management and data protection initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, you will drive governance, assurance and continuous improvement across the risk landscape. You will work with senior leaders and 1st-line teams to manage regulatory change, RCSAs, risk events, assurance planning and policy development, ensuring adherence to.
