We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially focused Key Account Manager to join our Distribution team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in growing the Society's mortgage business by developing strong relationships across the intermediary market. As the face of the Society within your territory, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with mortgage brokers, packagers and mortgage clubs, promoting our products and service proposition, and identifying opportunities to generate high-quality mortgage business.

Working closely with internal stakeholders across Lending, Product, Marketing and Operations, you will help shape and deliver initiatives that support the Society's strategic objectives while ensuring intermediaries receive an exceptional service experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with mortgage intermediaries across your region.
  • Generate new mortgage business in line with the Society's growth objectives.
  • Promote the Society's products, lending criteria and service proposition to the intermediary market.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and relationship development.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Society's mortgage lending policy and confidently support intermediaries with policy-related enquiries.
  • Develop and deliver regional business plans to increase intermediary reach, depth and market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, product launches and business initiatives.
  • Represent the Society at broker events, roadshows, exhibitions and industry forums.
  • Monitor market activity, competitor developments and industry trends, providing insight and recommendations to support the Society's strategic goals.
  • Act as a professional ambassador for the Society, enhancing brand awareness and reputation within the market.
