St James Academy is seeking an energetic and committed Teacher of Boys’ PE to join our secondary academy within a thriving Multi Academy Trust. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students to develop confidence, teamwork, resilience, and a lifelong passion for sport and physical activity.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Inspire and motivate students to develop confidence, teamwork, resilience and a lifelong passion for sport and physical activity.
  • Lead extracurricular sport and contribute to the school’s sporting culture and competitive fixtures programme.
  • Participate in professional development and support the school’s career progression pathways across the Trust.

Qualifications

  • Experienced teacher of physical education or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) commitment.
