This rewarding role involves providing dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 1 pupil, helping them access learning and build confidence within the classroom. You will work alongside an experienced, supportive team, contributing fresh ideas and creative strategies to enhance learning. The successful candidate will be patient, committed, and passionate about helping children thrive in a positive, inclusive environment. Part-time hours and job sharing will be considered.
