We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teacher to join Old Park school supporting pupils with a wide range of complex and additional needs.
You will plan and deliver highly differentiated lessons, work alongside therapists and support staff, and help pupils achieve their individual EHCP outcomes.
We have a nurturing and inclusive ethos, placing each pupil at the centre of everything we do. Staff work collaboratively with therapists, families and multidisciplinary teams to create a supportive environment where pupils are encouraged to develop independence, confidence and life skills while celebrating every achievement.
