St James Academy seeks a passionate Behaviour Manager to work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to drive a whole‑school behaviour strategy. The role includes line management, delivering training, analysing data, engaging with families and external agencies, and acting as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Responsibilities
- Lead targeted interventions to support students’ behaviour
- Provide staff support and guidance in behaviour management
- Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead
- Line manage behaviour team staff
- Deliver training to staff and collaborate on data analysis
- Engage with families and external agencies to support student outcomes
