Beacon Hill Academy, part of Dudley Academies Trust, is seeking a passionate Behaviour Manager to join our Leadership Team. You will drive a whole-school behaviour strategy, lead targeted interventions, and support staff with behaviour management.
This role includes line management, training delivery, data analysis and engagement with families and external agencies. The successful candidate will be proactive, resilient and committed to improving outcomes for all learners.
