You will lead targeted interventions, support staff with behaviour management, and act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. This role includes line management, delivering training, analysing data, and engaging with families and external agencies. The successful candidate will be proactive, resilient, and committed to improving outcomes for all learners.
