UK- Sales Manager/ Sales Agent – Ventilation /HVAC Industry

We have background of manufacturing and R&D which enables us to realize various possibilities in HVAC/R business.
As a Sales, you are expected to use your creativity and in-depth knowledge of sales processes to develop innovative strategies for business growth. The ideal candidates should be dynamic and well-organized by nature and combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.
Location: Brandon, Suffolk United Kingdom
We are open to B2B agent and commission-based.
Responsibilities
- Client Development & Maintenance. Promote and sell ventilation products, focus on bringing in new business increase.
- Collect customer requirements and provide professional solutions to facilitate order closure.
- Market Intelligence & Analysis. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing timely market updates.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional plans.
- Sales Target Achievement. Meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales and collection targets.
- Manage entire sales cycle from negotiation to delivery.
- Commercial Negotiation & Contract Execution. Participate in business negotiations, quotations and contract signing.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth order fulfillment, logistics and after-sales service.
- Customer Service & Technical Support. Provide product knowledge and regulatory compliance consultation.
- Liaise with technical team to resolve product application issues.
- Documentation & Reporting. Submit regular sales reports and client visit records.
- Maintain customer information and sales data in CRM system.
Qualifications-must have:
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently with ability to independently develop markets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional HVAC-related industry experience or marketing education background.
- 3+ years sales experience in ventilation accessories preferred
- Familiarity with common ventilation products specifications and categories
- Having existing business resources and customer contacts preferred
