As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods through our warehouse. You will work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to support order fulfilment, stock management, and timely delivery to our customers. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company and contribute directly to the operational backbone of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, check, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders in line with sales requirements and delivery schedules
- Support inventory management by maintaining accurate stock records and assisting with regular cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in accordance with training and company policy
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times
- Collaborate with the Sales and Logistics teams to ensure orders are dispatched efficiently and on time
- Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles, including occasional container handling
- Report any stock discrepancies, damages, or operational issues to the Warehouse / Operations Manager promptly
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks as required to ensure smooth warehouse operations
Key Experience & Skills:
- Previous experience in a warehouse role
- Forklift license / certification is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision when required
- Spanish (spoken and written); basic English is a plus for internal communication with group teams
- Legally work in the UK
