Position Overview
Are you a sales professional with a deep understanding of the residential mechanical ventilation market? Do you have a proven track record of success in the residential ventilation market and a relentless hunting mindset for generating new business? If so, we want you to be a part of our team. As our Prescription Sales Representative based in London, you will play an important role in developing relationships with M&E consultants, house builders, developers and architects to prescribe the DUCO ventilation products in London. You will have the possibility to follow-up on the projects, from prescription to completion. This is a dynamic, results-driven position for individuals who thrive in an environment of ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: You will lead the charge in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your role will be focused on connecting and supporting M&E Consultants, architects, and developers, as well as chasing new projects.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in prescribing residential mechanical ventilation, building on strong personal relationships with M&E consultants, architects and developers.
- Minimum of 8 years of successful sales experience in the residential ventilation market.
- Self-driven and results-oriented with a proactive "hunter" mentality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Full UK driver's license and willingness to travel within greater London.
