As Pastry Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Head Pastry Chef to oversee the daily operations of the pastry section, ensuring the production and presentation of desserts, breads, and baked goods consistently meet our exacting standards. You will be hands-on in service, involved in menu development, and responsible for mentoring junior members of the pastry team helping to foster a positive, driven, and innovative kitchen culture.

We are looking for someone who brings not only strong technical skills and creative flair, but also the ability to lead, inspire, and support a team. You should be deeply passionate about all things pastry, attentive to detail, and eager to continually evolve with new techniques and trends in the industry.

As a Pastry Sous Chef we would love you to have:

  • Previous experience working as a Pastry Sous Chef or higher.
  • Experience working with a similar cuisine
  • Great English language communication skills with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes and standards
  • Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team
  • Flexible availability, working any 5 days a week between Monday-Sunday
  • Full ownership in your role
