Your Role: Our kitchen is now looking for experienced Kitchen Porters to join our very successful brigade as we continue to grow. Ultimately, we are looking for those who are extremely passionate about food and eager to learn. The Kitchen Porter is a vital role within the kitchen, ensuring that everything is neat and tidy back of house, whilst also making sure the kitchen can run smoothly.

Your Requirements: The primary responsibility of Kitchen Porter is to clean and prep products, set up all stations, and prepare essential ingredients in place for cooks and chefs. As a Kitchen Porter your role will include:
- Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Placing clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas
- Maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Stocking supplies such as food and utensils in serving stations, cupboards and refrigerators
- Sweeping and scrub floors
- Cleaning rubbish bins with water or steam
- Sorting and remove rubbish, placing it in designated pickup areas
- Cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking or serving
- Transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks
- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned to Kitchen Porter
