Your Role: The General Manager has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of the venue, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including customer relations, venue maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retaining team members, financial accountability and ensuring the highest quality services are delivered to each customer.
