Your Role: The front of house team are currently looking for a passionate Overnight Head Waiter to join our family, ensuring each guest is welcomed warmly, whilst making their time with us a memorable one by providing our guests with the finest food and beverages, accompanied by friendly, efficient and flawless service throughout their experience.

Your Requirements: As a Overnight Head Waiter we would love you to have:

  • Experience working as a Overnight Head Waiter in a similar fast‑paced environment which will be tested at trial/interview stage
  • Excellent English language communication skills are required
  • The ability to lead team by example and promote teamwork
  • Flexible availability, working any 5 nights a week between Monday - Sunday
  • Deep respect for diversity and individuality
  • Take full ownership in your role, fostering entrepreneurial spirit and celebrate initiative‑taking
  • The ability to maintain set processes and standards
