Your Role: The front of house team is currently looking for a passionate Overnight Floor Manager to join our family, ensuring each guest is welcomed warmly and making their time with us memorable by providing guests with the finest food and beverages, accompanied by friendly, efficient and flawless service throughout their experience.

Your Requirements:

  • Experience working as an Overnight Floor Manager in a similar fast‑paced environment, which will be tested at trial/interview stage
  • Excellent English language communication skills
  • The ability to lead the team by example and promote teamwork
  • Flexible availability, working any five days a week between Monday – Sunday
  • Deep respect for diversity and individuality
  • Take full ownership of your role, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit and celebrating initiative‑taking
  • Maintain set processes and standards
