Your Role: The front of house management team is looking for an experienced and dynamic Floor Manager to lead the team and deliver uncompromising hospitality, providing our guests with the finest food and beverages, accompanied by courteous and efficient service throughout their dining experience. Service is always at the forefront, so it’s essential for you to be exceptionally welcoming, dynamic and very friendly. Your Requirements: As a Floor Manager we would love you to have:
- Experience of at least 2 years working in a Managerial role at a fine dining fast-paced environment
- Experience supervising daily shift operations from various departments
- Experience supervising large teams
- Excellent English language communication skills
- Flexible availability, working any 5 days a week between Monday - Sunday
- Be deeply respectful of diversity and individuality
- Take full ownership in your role, fostering entrepreneurial spirit and celebrating initiative-taking
