Your kitchen is now looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our very successful brigade as we continue to grow. Ultimately, we are looking for those who are extremely passionate about food and eager to learn.

Your Requirements:
The primary responsibility of the Chef de Partie is preparation of all food items at the station according to specifications and preset time limits. The Chef de Partie must be able to follow all recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications set by the restaurant while coordinating the delivery of all foods within preset time standards. Assistance with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, coolers, and all storage areas is required.
As a Chef de Partie we would love you to have:
- Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or higher.
- Experience working with a similar cuisine
- Great English language communication skills with a willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes and standards
- Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team
- Full ownership in your role
