We are looking for a Store Manager to join the team in our store in Chiswick, London. The Manager leads daily operations, focusing on team leadership, customer service, and sales growth in a fast-paced food retail environment, handling staff scheduling, inventory, finances, and ensuring high standards for product quality, cleanliness, and customer experience, and collaborate regularly to problem solve and grow the brand.
Your working hours would be 40-45 hours over 5 days, to include also evenings and weekend days (usually busiest days). Store manager must be motivated, have excellent customer service and organisational skills and experience in production of gelato and desserts.
