Temporary Office Co‑ordinator – Point 7 (FTE £26,403 per year, approx. £8,112 pro‑rata per year)
13 hours per week, 40 weeks per year – Two days a week, 8.30 am to 3.30 pm.
Commencing: September 2026 or as soon as possible.
About You
- Experience working in an office environment as an administrator.
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Enthusiastic, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education.
- Highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload.
- Ability to work cooperatively and communicate clearly with colleagues, parents and pupils.
- ‘Can‑do’ attitude and ability to use initiative.
- Flexible and professional approach to work.
About the Role
The successful candidate will manage the administrative function within the school, ensuring efficient office operations and supporting the wider school team.
The position is part-time (13 hours per week) with working days and hours as specified above.
