We are looking for a hands-on Data Analyst to support delivery of the Duchy's strategic priorities: healthy communities, net zero, nature, and commercial success. Reporting to the Executive Director of Purpose, this role combines environmental data analysis, estate performance tracking, and management reporting, with a strong focus on turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.

You will play a key role in managing the Duchy's carbon inventory across Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, working with internal and external specialists to collect and consolidate data across the value chain, including tenant farms. You will analyse and model this data, source additional insights, and track nature-related metrics such as biodiversity, habitat, and water quality using geospatial tools to monitor performance and model improvements.

The role also includes producing estate management KPIs, ensuring property data integrity, and delivering regular and ad-hoc reporting to support environmental, social, and financial objectives.
