Job Description

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Project Co-ordinator to support the delivery of an exciting portfolio of IT transformation projects.

Working closely with the Head of Business Transformation, you'll play a central role in coordinating the implementation of key business systems, helping to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and with clear visibility for stakeholders.

This is a varied role where you'll work across multiple projects, coordinating activity between business teams, technical specialists, suppliers and senior leaders.

You'll be responsible for keeping project plans, risks, actions and reporting up to date, ensuring everyone has a clear view of progress and priorities.

As the organisation's expert user of Monday, you'll also help develop and maintain project boards, dashboards and workflows, making sure the platform remains the single source of truth for project delivery.

We're looking for someone with experience in project coordination, PMO or project support within an IT, digital transformation or business change environment.

You'll have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the confidence to build relationships, challenge where needed and keep projects moving forward.

Experience using project management platforms such as Monday, Asana, Smartsheet or similar is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
