The Duchy of Cornwall is seeking an experienced Senior Asset Manager to oversee its diverse Cornwall and Isles of Scilly property portfolio, spanning commercial, residential and mixed-use assets.

You will lead strategic asset management, leasing and operational stewardship to maximise income, capital growth and placemaking.

Reporting to the Executive Director for Property, you will drive acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant relations, and ESG-aligned property strategy.
