The Duchy is looking to appoint a Regeneration Project Manager to lead a varied programme of property-led and place-based projects that will play a key role in shaping the town’s next chapter.
Working across regeneration, commercial property, asset management and community engagement, you’ll coordinate projects from concept through to delivery, collaborating with colleagues, consultants, contractors and the local community to deliver improvements to the Duchy’s commercial portfolio, public spaces and community initiatives.
You’ll help ensure each project creates lasting social, environmental and commercial value for Princetown.
We’re open to candidates from a range of backgrounds and recognise that the right person could bring either strong project management experience or strong property, regeneration, placemaking or asset management expertise.
