Hall & Woodhouse is the Dorset based brewer that owns over 150 high end pub restaurants and inns throughout the South of England. The Dazzling Duchess is located in Poundbury, near Dorchester. We’re now looking to strengthen our leadership team with an enthusiastic Shift Leader.

- Willing to support the GM in coaching and developing the team
- Logical, organized and able to manage multiple tasks

- Able to work days, evenings and weekends and reliably manage the commute
