We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Service Manager to join our service based in Southwark. The service is a short-term (up to two years) supported living service for people with an enduring mental health diagnosis who require and can benefit from the help and support offered. It consists of 14 self-contained flats and one crisis room for adult men with medium to high-level support needs who require 24-hour supported accommodation, helping them to continue to live in the community and to reduce the risk of admission to hospital.
Location: Southwark, please note that this location does not have step free access
Salary: £31,900
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday on a rolling rota with shifts varying as 09:00–17:00, 07:30–15:30 and 14:00–22:00. This role includes working weekends, evenings.
