Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all actions are compliant with Company procedures in relation to airworthiness requirements, health & safety and environment.
- Accurate process of receipts, stock location, and the issuing of Dublin Aerospace & Customer materials.
- Accurate process of Goods Outwards shipments to ensure timely dispatch of shipments.
- Ensure IT systems are used effectively, and housekeeping maintained.
- Be prepared to undertake other duties as may be reasonably assigned by the Company from time to time.
- Must be willing to achieve a Personnel Pack Approval from Quality.
Core Competencies
- Must have knowledge of inventory management and procurement process or the aptitude to quickly acquire those skills.
- Initiative and a proactive approach to achieving objectives will be key attributes for the position.
- Be a strong self-starter.
- Ability to work under pressure both in a team and alone.
- Good communication skills both written and oral together with computer literacy.
- An appreciation of the importance of material supplies to the Dublin Aerospace operation.
- Full Driving Licence required.
