About the Role

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to identify high-potential partnership opportunities.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients through strategic research and market analysis.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers across target industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft bespoke solutions that address client needs.
  • Design and implement data-driven prospecting strategies to enhance outreach effectiveness.
  • Represent Dubit at industry events and conferences, expanding our network and visibility.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and pipeline progress in our CRM.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., ZoomInfo), LinkedIn, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A consultative approach to business development with strategic thinking.
