In November 2026, we will deliver a landmark live event at one of London\'s most iconic venues, welcoming over 15,000 attendees. Designed to redefine the traditional gala format, the experience blends world-class production with accessibility for the wider public. Beyond a single night, the project is focused on creating a meaningful and lasting legacy through strategic charitable partnerships.

Key ResponsibilitiesSponsorship & Partnerships
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive sponsorship and partnerships strategy aligned to the Gala\'s commercial objectives.
- Identify, pitch to, and secure high-value sponsorship deals with premium brands across multiple sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term, senior-level relationships with sponsors, brand partners, and agencies.
- Negotiate commercial terms, rights, and deliverables, ensuring strong ROI for sponsors and sustainable revenue for the event.
Sponsorship Activation & Delivery
- Own the end-to-end delivery of all sponsor agreements, ensuring contractual deliverables are met or exceeded.
- Design and oversee creative activation strategies across live event, broadcast, streaming, digital, and social channels.
- Work closely with marketing, PR, production, and talent teams to integrate sponsors seamlessly and authentically.
- Manage post-event reporting, including performance metrics, audience reach, and partner ROI analysis.
Broadcast, Streaming & Digital Partnerships
- Develop sponsorship and partnership opportunities linked to TV, streaming platforms, and on-demand content.
- Understand rights, placements, and integrations within broadcast and digital formats.
- Collaborate with production and distribution partners to maximise sponsor visibility and value.
Content, Social & Influencer Integration
- Create sponsorship opportunities that leverage social media, influencer marketing, and digital content.
- Understand and utilise key metrics including reach, engagement, impressions, CPM, and conversion.
- Work with creators, influencers, and talent teams to ensure sponsor alignment and compliance.
- Contribute to data-driven storytelling for sponsors through analytics and reporting.
Commercial Materials & Pitching
- Lead the creation of high-quality sponsorship decks, pitch presentations, and tailored partnership packages.
- Customise proposals to reflect brand objectives, values, and target audiences.
- Confidently pitch at C-suite and senior marketing level, representing the Gala with credibility and authority.
Agency Management (External)
- Oversee and collaborate with an external sponsorship agency, supporting acquisition and day-to-day sponsor management.
- Ensure agency performance aligns with commercial targets, timelines, and brand standards.
- Act as the primary internal point of contact for agency coordination and reporting.
Experience & Skills RequiredEssential Experience
- Minimum 5 years\' experience in sponsorship, partnerships, or commercial roles within high-profile events, entertainment, sport, or media.
- Proven track record of securing and managing major brand partnerships with blue-chip or global brands.
- Experience creating and delivering sponsorships linked to TV, streaming, and digital media projects.
- Demonstrable experience in producing professional sponsorship decks and bespoke partnership packages.
Commercial & Strategic Skills
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to price, package, and sell sponsorship assets effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills and contract awareness.
- Ability to balance sponsor needs with brand integrity and audience experience.
Digital, Social & Data Literacy
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and digital content ecosystems.
- Comfortable working with analytics, metrics, and performance reporting.
- Ability to translate data into compelling insights for sponsors and stakeholders.

Pay: £40,000.00-£64,000.00 per year
