Dub Digital is a purpose-driven digital agency focused on building impactful websites and enhancing digital marketing capabilities to drive performance and growth for businesses. Our work is geared toward brands seeking meaningful growth, not just aesthetically pleasing websites. We are building a virtual team and are looking for like-minded freelancers to work alongside us as we grow.

This is a part-time virtual role for a Freelance Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for the brands we support, which includes managing campaigns, analysing market trends, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives. Additional responsibilities may include overseeing content creation, social media management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand presence and achieve business objectives. It's of vital importance that you get to know the brands you will be working for and can deliver a meaningful marketing strategy for them, and assist in the execution.

You will be working alongside freelance copywriters, graphic designers, web designers, developers, and the agency leadership, and given 2-4 hours per week per brand that you take on.

Ideal Person

The ideal person for this role will be a successful marketing freelancer looking to add some set hours into their week. You will be expected to commit at least 2-4 hours per week and may take up to 20 hours per week if you take on more of our clients. You will be proactive and good at communication and reactivity with clients. This will not suit someone in a full-time role, who is freelance on the side, as you will need to be able to communicate with clients and attend online meetings at any time in the week.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Market Analysis
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Marketing Technology
  • Strong Content Creation, Copywriting, and Editing skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent team collaboration and leadership skills
  • Excellent personal proactive attitude to work
  • Experience with analytics tools and understanding of SEO is a plus
