About Duality Healthcare

Duality Healthcare is Northern Ireland's leading provider of private General Practice and primary care. With five clinics across NI plus a nationwide virtual GP service, we're reinventing general practice around the patient — and we're growing fast. Our Commercial Team is central to that growth, bringing Duality's healthcare and wellbeing propositions to employers across Northern Ireland and beyond.

The Role

This is a high-impact, revenue-first role at the heart of our commercial growth strategy — a position for a driven sales professional who thrives on winning new business, building a robust pipeline and consistently delivering against ambitious revenue targets. You'll proactively identify and pursue new corporate clients, own the full sales cycle end-to-end, and position Duality Healthcare as the partner of choice for employee healthcare and wellbeing — turning prospects into long‑term, high‑value accounts.

What you'll be Doing

  • Drive new business growth by proactively identifying, researching and targeting prospective corporate clients across financial services, professional services, technology and manufacturing
  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end — from outreach and discovery through to proposal, commercial negotiation and close
  • Set and deliver against ambitious personal sales targets, maintaining a structured and disciplined pipeline at all times
  • Present tailored health insurance and membership plan solutions to senior business stakeholders
  • Pursue new lead channels — industry events, conferences, networking forums and strategic partnerships

Account Management & Growth

  • Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with new and existing corporate clients
  • Conduct structured business reviews to drive retention, maximise upsell and cross‑sell revenue, and generate client referrals
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends and legislative changes; feed insight back into product and marketing
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reporting and sales forecasts

What we're Looking for

  • Demonstrable, quantifiable track record of new business wins and revenue growth in B2B sales within health insurance, employee benefits or a relevant financial services environment — with evidence of consistently hitting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage credibly at board level
  • Highly self‑motivated: sets personal goals above the minimum, holds themselves accountable to results, and thrives in a high‑performance, target‑driven environment
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a pragmatic, solutions‑oriented mindset
  • Track record of selling to business owners, HR or People & Culture teams within SMEs and enterprise organisations
  • Existing network of corporate contacts within target industries
  • Knowledge of the UK healthcare and wellbeing market
  • Relevant professional qualifications (CII, IF7, Cert PMI or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working with third‑party brokers, intermediaries or benefit consultants

What we Offer

  • Basic salary of £40,000 – £55,000, dependent on relevant experience
  • Bonus of up to 20% OTE, plus uncapped bonus opportunity
  • Hybrid working between our Belfast head office and the field
  • A supportive, collaborative commercial team
  • Genuine potential for growth as Duality expands across Northern Ireland
