This is a position for a driven sales professional who thrives on winning new business, building a robust pipeline and consistently delivering against ambitious revenue targets. The successful candidate will proactively identify and pursue new corporate clients, own the full sales cycle end-to-end, and relentlessly position Duality Healthcare as the partner of choice for employee healthcare and wellbeing provision turning prospects into long-term, high-value accounts. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Drive new business growth by proactively identifying, researching and targeting prospective corporate clients across key verticals including financial services, professional services, technology and manufacturing utilising outbound outreach, referrals, partnerships and market intelligence to build a strong, self-generated pipeline. Own and drive the full sales cycle end-to-end, from proactive outreach and discovery through to compelling proposal, commercial negotiation and close, with a relentless focus on converting opportunities and shortening time-to-revenue. Set and deliver against ambitious personal sales targets, maintaining a structured and disciplined pipeline at all times to ensure consistent achievement and overachievement of quarterly and annual revenue goals. Proactively identify and address gaps in the pipeline before they impact performance. Present tailored health insurance and membership plan solutions to senior business and company stakeholders. Proactively pursue new lead channels including industry events, conferences, networking forums and strategic partnerships, taking ownership of brand visibility and consistently feeding new opportunities into the pipeline.
