To lead the Fleet Administration team, delivering accurate, timely, and compliant policy administration in a fast, friendly, and flexible manner. This role is pivotal in strengthening KGM's reputation within the fleet market by fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and customer focus, while ensuring the department consistently meets service standards and supports overall business success.
Main Responsibilities
- To build strong, positive, and collaborative relationships within the team and our broking partners.
- Work closely with Underwriters to ensure any changes in Underwriting appetite are accurately communicated and implemented within the team.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members to ensure consistent and accurate policy administration.
- To lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews, while anticipating potential team growth.
- Oversee training and development for all team members, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the Fleet Administration team to enhance productivity and service delivery.
- Conduct regular quality audits on processed work to maintain accuracy and compliance standards.
- Monitor and report on SLAs daily, ensuring targets are met and service standards maintained.
- Resolve operational enquiries from other departments within the company.
- Participate in ad hoc duties and projects as required to support the smooth running and continuous improvement of the department.
