Role Description
The Service Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in and around the Greater Bristol Area, United Kingdom. The Service Engineer will perform commissioning, maintenance, and repair of smart technology, analytics, and IoT-based systems at customer sites. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, providing field service support, and ensuring systems operate reliably and safely. The role involves collaborating with customers to understand reported problems, delivering clear updates on service activities, and documenting work performed.
