Role Description

We are seeking a commercially driven Director of Wholesale to lead and expand our B2B sales strategy through established wholesale and distributor channels. This is a senior, high-impact role focused on building long-term commercial partnerships, with particular emphasis on the PPE and Commercial Tissue Paper sectors. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in wholesale distribution, strategic thinking, and the ability to scale revenue through disciplined execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a wholesale sales strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Own and grow key relationships with wholesalers and distributors across the PPE and Commercial Tissue Paper Sectors.
  • Set, monitor, and exceed ambitious sales targets with a focus on sustainable growth.
  • Articulate and execute proven, structured B2B selling techniques.
  • Stay attuned to market developments and provide insight-driven guidance to both the internal team and commercial partners.
  • Apply working knowledge of the PPE and Commercial Tissue Paper sectors to position the company as a credible, value-driven supplier.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, operations, and marketing to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution.
  • Represent the business at key industry events, networking functions, and trade shows.

Candidate Profile

  • Significant experience in B2B sales, specifically selling into wholesalers and distributors.
  • A track record ofachieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Demonstrable use of structured sales methodologies, with an ability to guide and influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to assess opportunities and risk within wholesale partnerships.
  • Familiarity with the PPE and Commercial Tissue Paper markets, prior experience in these sectors is valuable but not mandatory.
  • Experience expanding into new markets or product verticals.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Gross Salary: Β£60,000 per annum.
  • Commission: Uncapped quarterly commission structure.
  • Equity: Enrolment onto the company’s Share Incentive Scheme.
