CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator – Turning DTI is a specialist in innovative downhole technology for the global energy industry. We design and manufacture tools to solve current and emerging challenges for the oil and gas and energy transition sectors, including gas storage, carbon capture and storage, hydrogen storage and geothermal production. We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced CNC machinist to join our Machine Shop Team at our site in Poole. Experience preferred with Mazak Fusion / Matrix control (with Yaxis) & XYZ Protrax. Responsibilities Responsible for programming, setting and operating machinery Inspection of components, storage of programs and setting instructions Reading drawings and understanding tolerances, surface finish, and geometric tolerances Responsible for ensuring the correct tools are used/sourced Ensure consistent quality Monitor CNC machinery when running Benefits Permanent contract from day one (subject to probation period) 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Four Day Working Week Competitive rates of pay Contributory Pension Scheme and Life Assurance Overtime at an increased rate Free parking If you are interested in this opportunity and think you might be a good fit for DTI, please apply now with your CV
