Service Delivery Lead needed for this professional not for profit organisation. Collaborating with teams across the business the role will involve operationally delivering a first-class IT service to the organisation. Responsibilities are broad and include overseeing day-to-day budget administration and planning the delivery of services in line with the organisations goals and customer expectations, developing service strategies, defining service levels, monitoring performance of service delivery and identifying and implementing service improvements. The right person will have a good mix of: Service delivery or operations management experience Budget management experience Supplier contract management skills IT asset management skills Knowledge of software licenses and regulatory compliance Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively across teams Good organisational skills and attention to detail Strong Excel and PowerBI skills This is an opportunity to make a real contribution to a first class not for profit organisation that are making a real difference in their community.
