We’re working with a large enterprise sized organisation that’s investing heavily in its Microsoft 365 and Power Platform estate as part of a wider digital transformation programme. They are looking for a Microsoft 365 Developer to join its Business Systems team and play a key role in delivering digital solutions across the organisation. This is a hands-on development role, focused on building and enhancing applications using the Microsoft Power Platform and wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You’ll be working closely with business users and senior developers to deliver practical, secure solutions that automate processes, improve services, and increase productivity.
You’ll be responsible for designing, developing and supporting a range of internal digital solutions, primarily using Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint Online. This role sits within a collaborative IT function and offers the chance to work on real business problems, with clear ownership of solutions from initial requirements through to deployment and support.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and maintaining applications using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven)
- Building workflows and automations using Power Automate
- Integrating Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Outlook
- Gathering requirements from business users and translating them into technical solutions
- Building connectors and APIs to integrate third-party systems
- Ensuring solutions are secure, accessible and compliant with organisational standards
- Applying good security and data protection practices (DLP, permissions, secure data handling)
- Supporting testing, documentation and deployment of solutions
- Troubleshooting issues and supporting live applications
- Working alongside senior developers in an Agile delivery environment

- Commercial experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations
- Exposure to JavaScript, Power Fx, HTML or similar scripting languages
- Aware of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features
- Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
