They\βre looking to hire a
Microsoft 365 / Power Platform Developer
to design and build high-quality internal applications and automated workflows that support colleagues and improve services at scale.
This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who enjoys building robust Power Platform solutions within a governed environment, with the opportunity to influence standards and best practice as the platform continues to mature.
What you\βll be doing
Designing, building and supporting
Power Apps
(Canvas and Model-Driven) and
Power Automate
solutions
Working with
Dataverse
, SharePoint Online, Teams and wider Microsoft 365 services
Integrating internal and third-party systems using
APIs, Microsoft Graph, Azure Logic Apps and Functions
Supporting application lifecycle management including
version control, environments and deployment pipelines
Ensuring solutions align with
security, data protection and accessibility standards
Maintaining clear technical documentation and supporting users where needed
Working closely with IT, security and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions
Contributing to the ongoing improvement of Power Platform standards and ways of working
What they\βre looking for
Around
4+ years\β experience
delivering business applications using
Microsoft Power Platform
Strong hands-on experience with
Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
Good understanding of the
Microsoft 365 ecosystem
and Azure integration patterns
Experience working with
REST APIs and custom connectors
Familiarity with
ALM and CI/CD
approaches in a Power Platform context
Comfortable working in an Agile delivery environment
Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Exposure to tools such as
Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Power BI or Microsoft Fabric
would be beneficial but is not essential.
